  • We do not guarantee that all information (such as weight or dimensions) is error-free, as slight variances may occur in high-karat gold production.

  • We reserve the right to modify specifications or discontinue the "Solid-State" components at our discretion.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Charm Anchor® is engineered to reduce mechanical attrition and "The Clumping Effect." However, we are not liable for:

  • Damage to chains or charms resulting from improper installation or use on incompatible hardware (exceeding 1.5mm).

  • Indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products. Jewelry should be worn and curated responsibly.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be filed in the courts located in Los Angeles, California.
